Symptoms of Chronic Anxiety

SYMPTOMS OF CHRONIC ANXIETY - 5 TIPS FOR OVERCOMING IT

How does it develop, how is it treated?

An interesting and very disturbing topic. Previously I created a podcast about 12 techniques to control anxiety, but this time I want to talk about something more destructive, its evolution: Chronic Anxiety.

We are going to discuss two terms, anxiety and depression. Which are:

  • Anxiety: Group of mental states
  • Depression: A single mental or situational condition.

It is very common to use these two words to define the problem addressed in this podcast, which is chronic anxiety. Obviously, mixing the meanings makes it more difficult to manage and accept in society, although they can cause the same damage.

Similarities Between Anxiety and Depression

They are similar in their main symptoms, as they are related to mood and emotions, and of course in causing physical damage. These are the three most common similarities:

  1. Both are emotional disorders: both anxiety and depression are emotional disorders that can affect the emotional and physical well-being of the person experiencing them.
  2. They can have similar symptoms: Anxiety and depression can have similar symptoms, such as sleep problems, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and changes in appetite.
  3. They can coexist: Many people with anxiety also have depression, and vice versa. These disorders can be comorbid, meaning they can occur together in the same person at the same time.

The third similarity is the creator of chronic anxiety, a state of advanced anxiety and depression that is undoubtedly dangerous and destructive.

But now, the important thing is not to find the differences or similarities between these two problems, because both are destructive mental states. What is really important is to help the person have the ability to recognize, identify and accept that his or her life is affected by these diseases that directly degrade the mind.

Disease that when it affects the mind, it affects everything; it affects the nervous system, the muscular system, the digestive system, the respiratory system, the cardiac system, everything. It completely degrades the person, it creates a body in constant agitation, all these together are the symptoms that one suffers from chronic anxiety.

How does chronic anxiety develop?

Anxiety can lead to the creation of depression and vice versa. All in response to the regressive development of the mood or emotional state. As I have already told you, both create internal and external consequences in the person.

But the most worrying consequence is when you suffer from both, when you create a mixed anxious-depressive disorder. Undoubtedly creating a chronic anxiety.

The combination of these two traumas causes considerable suffering to the person. It is where changes in body weight, muscle tension, headaches, dizziness, intestinal and abdominal pain, shortness of breath, and although all are worrisome, suicidal thoughts are the capstone of the whole problem.

The above is chronic anxiety, and I emphasize it because it is important to be able to define it in order to find the solution. Normal anxiety is being in a state of fear, insecurity, irritability. Normal anxiety is emotional, normal depression is emotional. Chronic anxiety is a physical, emotional, emotional and mental affectation.

Treatments for Chronic Anxiety

Many treatments have been invented to deal with anxiety, some of them work, others are done as a way to get out of it.

I am going to talk to you from a more personal point of view because the best way to deal with this disease is to take the step of accepting that you are suffering from this trauma.

Starting with that personal recognition is fundamental. If there are people who can help with that acceptance, that would be great. But undoubtedly, when someone wants to help people who have been abused by these mental afflictions, they do not always accept the help.

When you try to help a person with anxiety, everything is insulting and meaningless. They accept all advice immediately, but forget it easily.

Have you heard what they say about cancer? That we all have it, but by certain modification it develops in some people. Well, anxiety and depression is something similar; we are all exposed to it, but it depends on each of us as individuals to let it progress as a lifestyle and then lose control, or simply take care of those moments of stress and anxiety that we have daily.

So how do you deal with anxiety or depression? Start working on yourself, your inside changes your outside. Your outside, your environment cannot change your inside. Within us lies much of the problem as well as the solutions. Start working on yourself before the stress and fear turns into this anxious-depressive mutation.

You see, all these problems always come after a loss of energy, we all suffer from this loss of energy on a daily basis. But allowing this loss of energy to happen all the time gives way to the creation of these mental states. All this makes you have no desire to do anything; unoccupied mind, polluted mind.

So start working on yourself, learn to use observation and inner conversation to create lasting changes.

Tips for Treating Anxiety, Depression and Chronic Anxiety

Before I list the tips, let me make something clear.

They are all closely related to an excited nervous system, a nervous system that is always on alert, a nervous system that always feels itself to be in dangerous situations.

What does this excited nervous system do to a person? Sleep problems, muscle pain, tense back and neck, waist pain, digestive problems, and this part is very important.

Pay attention: A stressed digestive system is extremely dangerous for the overall health of the human body.

Look.

When the digestive process is affected by anxiety or stress, the metabolism stops. Why does it stop? Because the nervous system is in a state of danger, of alert, all its attention is focused on escaping the constant risk situations created by the person.

If the digestive system is not absorbing nutrients, no matter what you eat, it will not do you any good.

In my region it is customary to give people in the process of healing pigeon or guinea pig, red fruit juices, liquefied liver, a thousand vitamins in the form of serums, and countless things to heal people. And I am not saying that this is not useful, most of these are foods with a high degree of excellent nutrients for the body.

But in a stressed digestive system, no matter how many pigeon broths you take, no matter how many vitamins you take, the body simply will not process any nutrients, because the whole system is not calm, it is stressed.

So what you have to do is relax the nervous system, relax the blood system, relax the muscle system, relax the digestive system. From there many solutions can be found, including the solution to chronic anxiety and any disease.

Now when tips,

  1. Exercise regularly: Exercise is an excellent way to reduce stress, improve mood, and maintain good physical and mental health. Even an activity as simple as walking can have a positive impact on your overall well-being. Try to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day, whether it's walking, running, swimming, yoga, or another activity you enjoy. If you are lying in bed, move your arms and legs; if it hurts, tell your mind that you want to move your arms and not be reminded of the pain.
  2. Make time for yourself: Sometimes the best way to reduce stress and take care of yourself is to take time to do something you enjoy. It can be anything from reading a book, watching a movie, listening to music, playing video games, or just relaxing in a hot bath. Make a conscious effort to schedule time for yourself every day, or at least once a week.
  3. Connect with others: Social connection is vital to our mental and emotional health. Make sure you spend time with friends and family, even if it's just a phone or video call. You might also consider joining a social group or participating in a community activity to meet new people and make new connections.
  4. Talk to yourself constantly, meditate: Who knows you best? It is true that we do not even know ourselves, but in our subconscious lies all the answers. There is a strange energy that, for some unknown reason, does not want our inner power to be discovered. And forgive me for interfering with your faith, but don't pray, pray. In prayer is the miracle of FAITH, certainly meditation opens this door. A practice that I do when I cannot exercise or I am in poor health, is to do those activities that I want to do mentally. And it works, my body responds to the mental stimulus; at first it is a little difficult, but with practice it can be perfected.
  5. Connect with nature: Have you listened to Dr. Frank Suarez, he recommends grounding, this connection helps to discharge all the electrical energy that has accumulated in the nervous system. Walking barefoot directly with the earth helps to calm down, where are there more cases of anxiety and depression? in the cities where this connection with the earth has been lost. We are isolated by shoes, all the marketing of shoes is not for the well-being and comfort of humanity. Technology is also isolating humanity with a multitude of distractions, even some doctors say we should not walk barefoot. Of course, if we walk on dirt, we get infected; but if we walk on fertile and clean soil, we get nourished.

I hope these 5 tips will help you develop an effective stress management strategy to improve your overall well-being.

In conclusion,

No one, absolutely no one can help you if you don't take the initiative. No one can help you if you do not take the action of acceptance. It has its challenges, of course it does, if it didn't this degrading and destructive disease wouldn't exist.

You can take hours of lectures, tons of medication, if the help does not start with you, there will be no cure if you look for it on the outside. I firmly believe that all solutions are within us.

Be confident in your abilities, keep all toxic people away from your environment, many times you do not even suffer from this syndrome but the same family is responsible for creating it, do not allow it.

Occupy your mind, break that barrier of boredom that is so impossible to overcome. I know when you are in that state everything is dark, everything is meaningless, but everything takes shape when you learn to find yourself.

Don't seek approval from anyone, not even your parents. You don't have to try to feel that everybody has to like you. I say this because it is a painful truth that many people spend their whole lives looking for approval from their parents without getting it, making them feel worthless, developing self-doubt, leading to depression and anxiety.

As I said at the beginning, I have previously created a content with 12 techniques to help overcome anxiety, there I also indicate techniques that are very simple but effective. Use them, but with discipline and persistence. Trust yourself, trust the process.

This is a big and complex subject because there are so many factors that can trigger anxiety and depression. So many situations that can trigger a multitude of individual situations.

That is why I would like to know what situation of anxiety and depression you are going through so that I can help you. Not only from my point of view, but also from the community.

I hope that everything we have shared has been of help and pleasure.

Of course, I thank you for getting to this point in the reading. Don't forget to share and leave your comments, I'll be watching.

Until next time, success.
