Very often I interact with people who suffer from anxiety; the result of different situations experienced. For that reason, I want to share this post with you so you don't let anxiety control you. 12 techniques that will help you fight anxiety and not allow it to dominate you.

Anxiety is a state of mind that generates great restlessness and extreme insecurity. It can be considered as a natural adaptation or defense mechanism. Because it allows us to be attentive to certain stressful events or to be more cautious in certain scenarios.
But when the intensity increases and causes significant discomfort, it can be considered a disease.
One of the factors with the greatest impact on our health and well-being in recent decades has been anxiety.
Anxiety is inevitable in our lives, because it is part of life. Like fear, it is a human essence. The important thing is to have the ability to identify it.
If you manage to identify and suffer from anxiety, you can learn to overcome it and then it will be a problem of the past. Or use it to your advantage.
So...
Identifying it is essential. Because there are people who suffer from it and are not aware of it, as there are others who do not suffer from it, but believe they are victims of anxiety and end up creating it.
It would be very appropriate to ask a question to help us determine the possible onset of this trauma.

What factors give rise to anxiety?
This question is a good start.
However, although many studies have been carried out, it has not been possible to define a specific cause that creates this disorder. However, there are a number of predominant causes in people analyzed with anxiety.
These causes or situations may influence its appearance.

- Undergo too much stress.
- Living through radical changes.
