THE POWER OF THE BODY.
Ok, to know the balance as mind, body, soul and matter is the thinking. But, this post is about the body part of it all. The first one was on the mind which is a true base, but it must have the body to live on. The more you can apply the thinking to living the better.
Think of the diet, exercise and other physical things that you must do to stay in shape. Building the physical realm internally and externally. It's growing a healthy body for a great long life.
The food you eat should have the vitamins and minerals you need to build. Avoid foods that will distroy you. Good fresh food shows yourself how much you love yourself. Food that you turn into energy.
LOVING YOURSELF TO LIVE LONG
Eating healthy is not enough. You most workout and grind. Self-control is key in your eating right, but self-motivation is the key to exercising. You must build for yourself a tight body so you can achieve life's greatest rewards and the long distance of life.
It's not about being skinny because not all skinny people are healthy. Not all big people are unhealthy. It doesn't do you any good to be so skinny that you're a frail and weak person. And, there's nothing wrong with being thin, but as strong a pipe. Also, not all big people are unhealthy, because some carry weight naturally a lot differently than others. Be truthful about who you are and what you could do at your side and get better.
It's time to get an exercise program for yourself that covers all areas of your body. Why not be great? A great stretch routine, a strenuous yoga and Tai Chi work out goes along way. You want your body to be fluent, you don't want to be brittle and unflexible. I like being strong and fast, but fluent so I can flow through life.
Energy is alive and energy in living things become a two-way street. Build up the energy, so you can use this power with your body. Build up the fortitude your body needs for both inside and out. This strength of the body means a strong heart for the love of yourself. This also means the strength in your blood to have true passion running through it. Be healthy y'all!
