Every month I participate in Hive power-up day and review my account stats. Looking at the stats to know how we grow always gives a good feeling. Today I powered up 200 Hive and that brings me to 20000 Hive power. This has been a target for me for the past few months. I'm glad that I was able to quickly move from 15000 Hive power to 20000 Hive power. This is definitely a milestone for me. I would like to set my next milestone as 25,000 Hive Power. But this time there is going to be a small difference.

I'm going to rely more only on the regular 50 % Hive Power that I get from the post which is automatically powered up. The reason is that I would like to take my post rewards outside to diversify my investment. Right now all my investments are purely on Hive and Hive related tokens. It would be better to focus on other Cryptocurrencies as well. I have started with this plan already and that is the reason why I powered up only 200 Hive this month even though I can afford a higher number.

My post rewards and curation rewards were pretty decent in the last month. Though the number of articles I used to write has considerably reduced due to travel and lack of time, I was able to maintain a decent value last month from Hive rewards. But like I mentioned in my articles in the past, I haven't reached a point where I would be able to withdraw my Hive earnings and take it to my real life. That is definitely going to take a lot of time to reach there.

For now, I notice that my curation rewards have increased very well and I have crossed 30 USD per month. This is very good. The author rewards are purely dependent on how much I contribute and how much support I get every month but that also looks pretty decent.

The above stats don't include the Leo rewards I get. If I include that, then I guess it would be a decent number. People who are consistently posting on Leofinance have started to earn even more than their Hive rewards in terms of value.

Hive blockchain is a strong Proof of Stake blockchain and having a good stake here is very important in many aspects. A few months back I was curious to check what my rank was in terms of stake on Hive blockchain. The details are available in this post. Today I wanted to quickly check my current rank among all the stakeholders on Hive to see if there was any improvement in the ranking.

I'm glad that my rank has definitely improved. Earlier it was around 800 - 900 and now I'm close to 700 which is a good improvement. Next target would be to go below 500 but as it goes lower the rank, the competition would be very high and it can get very challenging. But there is no harm in keep trying.
