After talking about Cognitive Thinking, I am writing about Cognitive Flexibility, It is a fundamental property of a cognitive system often linked with the mental ability to fine-tune their action and content, switching between diverse task regulations and parallel behavioural responses, maintaining multiple concepts in parallel with practice of shifting internal interest between them. It is behavioural adaption to achieve goals in a new environment.
