Staying consistent and keeping up with your cadence of posting and post quality is key to building your following and credibility.
On the flip side, you shouldn't be too hard on yourself when you don't get something out based on that schedule. When there are other things you need to do, you need to do them.
There will always be a price to pay whether it's business or family. We need to be self-aware as to where our priorities and focus should lie. With all that being said, posting more quality content will always be better than less.
