[ITA] Dal 23 al 25 Marzo, per 3 sere alle 21, un esperimento di scienza dei cittadini con l'hashtag #Scienzasulbalcone
Dopo aver assistito al flash mob delle torce dei cellulari, probabilmente nella speranza di essere ripresi da qualche satellite artificiale, eventualità del tutto impossibile, stavolta la proposta arriva direttamente da un astrofisico italiano: le sere del 23, 24 e 25 marzo alle ore 21, tutti fuori sul balcone di casa per misurare la quantità di inquinamento luminoso del cielo notturno sfruttando il sensore dello smartphone, tramite una semplicissima app per smartphone, Android o iOS.
Come fare?
Una volta scaricata l'app e aver spento tutte le luci di casa, affacciatevi alla finestra o andate sul balcone, lanciate l'applicazione e puntate lo smartphone verso il cielo. Su un foglio di carta riportate il calore che leggerete e inserito nell'apposito form sul sito del progetto

After seeing a flashmob about smartphone lights, probably hoping to be filmed by any of artificial satellites, fact impossible at all, this time the proposal come directly from an italian astrophysics: evenings of 23rd, 24th and 25th of March, all people outside on their balcony to measure the quantity of light pollution of the night sky, using smartphone sensor, through a very simple smartphone app, both Android and iOS.
How to do?
Once you’ve downloaded the app and turned off all your home lights, look out the window or go to the balcony, launch the app and point your smartphone at the sky. On a sheet of paper report the heat that you will read and inserted in the appropriate form on the site of the project
