We recently reviewed the Exorde Protocol which aims to collect and link public data on the Internet in order to fight against the distortion of information during its distribution.
So let's talk today about Exorde native token - EXD. It will function based on the ERC-20 standard.
The maximum supply of the token should be 200 million EXD.
EXD token is planned to be used for the following purposes:
1) The token will be a means to purchase data, indexing and analysis services, or to pay for API requests;
2) The token will be used as a reward (economic incentive) for Exorde participants;
3) The token will be needed to get a vote when making certain management decisions.
At the moment TGE (Token Generating Event) has not yet happened, moreover, it is not expected soon.
Currently (May 2022) is just completing a private sale of tokens to early investors. We know from the Exorde blog that the project team raised 1.2 million USD in the first round of private sale. At the moment there is a second round of private sale, the official results of which are not yet known.
Public sale of tokens may occur at the end of 2022. One of the potential venues where the public sale could be organized is Coinlist. However, let us emphasize the fact that Exorde has only been preselected for Coinlist Winter 2022. Final confirmation has not yet been made.
In addition to allocating tokens for private and public sale, they are also planned to be allocated for such traditional purposes as encouraging the team and advisors, encouraging the community and participants in the Exorde ecosystem, and of course, to create the Exorde development fund and liquidity fund. There is no exact information about the number of tokens allocated and the terms of their distribution within each of the goals. So far, there is no official data on what proportions will be distributed the entire issue of token EXD for this purpose, because now the WhitePaper of the project has not yet been created. We only have the LitePaper and additional information from the project team at our disposal. Exorde project is now at a very early stage as you can see.
However, it is already possible to start earning EXD tokens! The actual allocation of tokens will simply be made after TGE. We will talk about how you can earn EXD tokens in the next article.
