Onboarding is key to success for any project. If you are running a project then its survival depends on its growth. If your project is running between few peoples then it has strong chances of failure. For success of projects, we should invite more people. More people can bring more growth in a project. For instance, if more people join Hive Blockchain, then there are many chances if we educate them about Hive and its future, some of these people can bring investment as well as more innovative ideas into it. It is easy to convince people by showing evidences of Author rewards, curation rewards and withdraw from different exchange platforms. People accept proof and hive is the best platform where you can find proof of each transaction. Leofinance is the best hive frontier to invite people. Moreover, each post having quality and author engagement is rewarded good on Leofinance. The strong and attractive feature of Leofinance to bring people is decentralization. After joining Leofinance platform, I came to realize about the importance of Blockchain. When I was unfamiliar about it, there were many scary things that kept me far away from it. One of these scary things were different warnings heard from different government officials. In Pakistan when you are linked to crypto or working on a Blockchain, there are many people who discouraged it. Most of them belong's to a bank or are uneducated about crypto. When we debate with them, they accept the facts that Crypto is future digital currency but did their best to nullify all these facts that support crypto as a best digital currency.

Thank you to Leofinance where I learned a lot about Crypto. Hive is the first crypto that I earned and learn to invest it on many hive secondary layers tokens.

My LEOFINANCE Experience:

It had been more than four months since I joined Leofinance, I didn't find anything wrong about my privacy. Moreover, I 'm enjoying the content writing as well as curation from people when I participate in different contest based on Quality in my post. Although I can withdraw my earnings through different exchange platforms in Pakistan but I 'm holding these rewards in the form of Leo$, Hive$ and HBD. After getting good experience in Leothreads and Blogging on Leofinance, I decided to bring onboard some people especially my family members and university friends. Due to high inflation, there are many graduates in Pakistan who are in depression due to unemployment. Some of them are working in Factories or companies that paid few thousands rupees. Moreover, many of them are waiting for some opportunities to turn their dream into realities. Hence, I found it the best time to invite some friends and family members here.

I have decided to bring some of my known people who can better perform in online world by content writing.
