I tu już robi się przyjemniej, bo łamanie mocno słodkiego smaku z nutą pomarańczy, bo w serniku ona występuje w postaci kandyzowanej skórki z gorzkim piwem z posmakiem grapefruita wychodzi genialnie.

Samo piwo ma herbaciany kolor, szybko powstającą gęstą pianę, która opada powoli. Klasyczny skład czyli dwa słody jęczmienny i pszeniczny oraz duża zawartość chmielu nadają piwu bardzo charakterystyczny smak i zapach.
