I didn't do a 30 km walk today. I changed direction, but even so—and despite some slight soreness in my calves—I managed another 15 km on foot.

Dzisiaj nie było już 30 km na piechotę. Zmieniłem kierunek, ale mimo wszystko, mimo lekkiego bólu w łydkach zrobiłem kolejne 15 km spacerkiem.

I like this area; it might seem monotonous, but there’s a sense of peace here that I don't get in the city.

Podoba mi się ta okolica, i choć może wydawać się monotonna, to jest tu spokój jakiego nie mam w mieście.

I’ll probably take a break from walking tomorrow, as I need to drop my car off at the shop, and that’s likely to take a while.

Jutro prawdopodobnie będę miał dzień przerwy od spacerowania, bo muszę odstawić samochód do warsztatu, i pewnie trochę mi zejdzie.

All in all, I’m happy with the shape I’m in. Yesterday’s 30 km walk didn't really faze me—and I’m just shy of 60 :D. I wish everyone this kind of fitness.

Generalnie jestem zadowolony z formy jaką prezentują. Wczorajsze 30 km piechotą nie zrobiło na mnie specjalnego wrażenia - a jestem już tuż przede 60-tką :D. Życzę wszystkim takiej sprawności.
