Upalna niedziela, a w parku zielono i soczyście

Despite the lack of rain and high temperatures, the greenery still has its beautiful, juicy color. The view from my room onto the concrete jungle makes me realize what an advantage old housing estates and apartment blocks have, with trees that are decades old. The view is decent, and in the fall it is even more beautiful.

Mimo braku deszczu i wysokich temperatur, zieleń ma jeszcze swoją piękną soczystą barwę. Widok z mojego pokoju na betonową dżunglę uświadamia mi, jaką zaletą są stare osiedla, blokowiska, na których rosną już kilkudziesięcioletnie drzewa. Widok jest przyzwoity, a jesienią jest jeszcze piękniej.

The park is also still beautiful and green and it will stay that way for a long time, because rain is forecast for tomorrow and it is supposed to last all week.

W parku również jest jeszcze pięknie i zielono i potrwa to jeszcze długo, ponieważ na jutro zapowiadane są opady deszczu, a ma to trwać przez cały tydzień.

I fed the sparrows in the park, although there were few of them. No other birds. There were also pigeons, but they appear everywhere.

Wróble w parku nakarmiłem, choć było ich niewiele. Brak innych ptaków. Pojawiły się jeszcze gołębie, ale one pojawiają się wszędzie.

And as is the case on Sunday late afternoon, there was a meeting on the bench and discussions on all sorts of topics. Oh well, tomorrow is Monday again.

I jak to w niedzielę późnym popołudniem, odbyło się spotkanie na ławce i dysputy na tematy wszelakie. Ech, jutro znowu poniedziałek.
