Today, I spent most of my time in the park again, in the gardens there. It's beautiful, and the increased humidity creates incredible aromas. From the scent of flowers, to the grass, to the warm conifers releasing their essential oils.

Dzisiaj ponownie najwięcej czasu spędziłem w parku, w tamtejszych ogrodach. Jest przepięknie, a podwyższona wilgotność powietrza powoduje, że zapachy są niesamowite. Od zapachy kwiatów, poprzez trawę i nagrzane drzewa iglaste uwalniające olejki eteryczne.

The smell of resin, in particular, is incredible. It reminds me of childhood holidays, where I'd spend weeks at my uncle's forester's lodge. Ah, those were wonderful times - torn trousers, a smug face, and a pocket knife in hand.

Szczególnie zapach żywicy jest niesamowity. Kojarzy mi się z wakacjami z dzieciństwa, gdzie tygodniami przesiadywałem i stryja w leśniczówce. Ech, to były piękne czasy - potargane spodnie, ufajdana buzia i scyzoryk w ręce.

Of course, besides feeding the remaining birds in the park, I also visited the "Morocco" pond, which included four sparrows and one tit. Beautiful, green, lush reeds are beginning to dominate the pond. But that's good, because the great reed warblers have a place to nest.

Oczywiście poza karmieniem w parku niedobitków ptaków, ponownie w postaci 4 wróbli i jednej sikorki zajrzałem nad staw "Maroko". Piękne zielone i bujne trzciny zaczynają dominować na stawie. Ale to dobrze, bo trzciniaki mają gdzie robić gniazda.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit cooler, but what difference does it make whether it's 30 or 27 degrees - summer is in full swing.
