Chłodno, trochę deszczowo, ale mimo to przyjemnie
It feels completely different being out in the countryside, where I tend the wood stove and the weather outside hardly matters to me. What matters most is the open space and the forest just a few dozen meters from the house. Life moves at a slower, calmer pace here.
Jak zupełnie inny odbiór mam będąc na wsi, gdzie palę w piecu, a pogoda za oknem jest mi praktycznie obojętna. Najważniejsza jest przestrzeń i las kilkadziesiąt metrów od domu. Tu żyje się wolniej i spokojniej.
I went for another solo mushroom-hunting walk today, and the results were pretty good. The mushrooms are still growing despite the low temperatures, and they show no signs of stopping—there are plenty of young fruiting bodies coming up.
Dzisiaj ponownie solowy spacer na grzyby, i całkiem fajne rezultaty. Grzyby rosną dalej mimo niskich temperatur i nie zamierzają przestać, bo sporo jest młodych owocników.
Tomorrow, I’ll be back to working on the fence. It’s not easy, though; I’m running into more and more obstacles in the form of tree roots. Plus, I have to dig the post holes to a depth of at least 80 cm using an auger.
Jutro kolejne prace przy ogrodzeniu. Nie jest łatwo, bo coraz więcej przeszkód w postaci korzeni drzew. A dołki muszę robić otwornicą na co najmniej 80 cm.
