200 g of salted herring fillet, one large onion, 1 large pickled cucumber, 5-6 potatoes, white canned beans 150 g, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Preparation of salat
Peel the cooked potatoes and dice them. We peel the pickled cucumber and cut it into cubes. Dice the herring fillet, and then dice the onion. Add the beans and a few spoons of mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. We mix everything up. The salad is ready.
The way of serving
Serve with fresh bread, or without it, at your discretion.
