For chicken: 1 kg of chicken legs (only the so-called sticks), ready-made seasoning "Juicy chicken", dried vegetables: garlic, tomato, potatoes, onion, parsnips, corn starch, spices: salt, sugar, black pepper, ginger, coriander seeds, turmeric, chili pepper, parsley leaf, basil, marjoram. 0.5 kg of potatoes. For the salad: tomato, red pepper, pickled cucumber, canned corn, onion, olive oil, and spices.
Preparation of the chicken
Thoroughly clean the chopsticks from the chicken legs from the remains of any feathers, and wash them in cold water. We put it into the bag in layers, sprinkling with the spices included in the set. Mix the prepared chicken thoroughly with spices and close it tightly.
Put the prepared chicken legs in an ovenproof dish and place in the oven. We don't add any fat! Bake until soft. Then open the bag and put the entire contents into a roasting pan or dish in which the chicken is roasted and bake for a few more minutes and the chicken is ready.
Preparation of vegetable salad
All ingredients, except for the corn, are cut into small cubes. The portions of vegetables used should be identical, unless someone or the dominance of one of the vegetables. Mix everything, add salt, pepper (if someone likes hot peppers) and 2 large spoons of olive oil. The salad is ready.
The way of serving
We serve with boiled potatoes (or with fries) and prepared vegetable salad.
