Powrót na stare śmieci - nieprawdopodobnie gorąco

An incredibly hot day. I don't remember it being this hot, as it was 37.8 degrees Celsius today, and tomorrow it's supposed to reach 41 degrees Celsius. The temperature feels much higher in the city.

Niesamowicie gorący dzień. Nie pamiętam takich upałów, bo dzisiaj było 37,8 stopni, a jutro temperatura ma skoczyć do 41 stopni. W mieście temperatura odczuwalna jest znacznie wyższa.

Today's walk was significantly curtailed. Nothing to brag about, but it was very hot, so it wasn't worth the risk.

Spacer dzisiaj zostało ograniczony dość znacznie. Nie ma się czym chwalić, ale było bardzo gorąco, więc nie warto ryzykować.

The birds arrived in very limited numbers. Actually, two sparrows arrived with their beaks wide open. Apparently, that's how they're cooling off. Tomorrow is supposed to be the peak of the heatwave, so we'll have to endure it somehow.

Ptaszki przybyły w bardzo ograniczonym składzie, a w zasadzie to przybyły dwa wróbelki z mocno otwartymi dziobami. Najwyraźniej tak się chłodzą. Jutro ma być apogeum upałów, więc trzeba to jakoś wytrzymać.
