Based on several observations and feelings on my part, I would like to buld fast an application to help the entire wolrd as soon as possible ! It began the year of my burnout, not because I don't like my job, but because I was working way too much, including evenings and weekends! I have also long had a feeling of unease, or of not being in my place in the current global institutional and economic system. A sense of widespread and legalized deception and fraud! A sense of disconnection between political elites and the realities of average households, recently accentuated by the elections of people like Trump, who are only interested in personal interests and power, and by the conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza and in a growing number of other regions of the world. A surplus of negative news in the media and on social networks, situations that seem avoidable or changeable but never are, because they benefit those in power. Increasingly frequent cases of school violence, bullying, and intolerance, fueled by the algorithms of the platforms of the world's richest, who themselves prevent their children from accessing them and take advantage of inaction and political incapacity.

I studied economics at the University of Neuchâtel - Switzerland and I am familiar with the theories and flaws of the capitalist system. I'm not alone, given that these are aspects taught to all students in the first year of their Bachelor's degree. And yet, what will always surprise me is that for decades, we have allowed the richest 1% to hoard ever more resources and wealth, knowing that this is unsustainable for the planet, without flinching, and accepting the disparities. Accepting to see children die of hunger while Bezos get married while privatizing Venice! The same people who make these children work in countries with little regard for labor rights and unbeatable wages. The same people who own most of the world's major media outlets and who spread fear and hope for a materialistic and flashy life that no normal person can afford.

Every month and in every country in the world, including Switzerland, where everything seems so comfortable and beautiful, average households are being strangled by leaving them with only the bare minimum to live on and start over the following month, while dangling in front of them all the beautiful things they could afford... by going into debt, for example! A veritable headlong rush that only allows for more consumption to temporarily alleviate or alleviate this sad reality. We frequently hear studies showing that more than 50% of households, including in Switzerland once again, cannot afford an expense of more than 20% of their monthly salary, without risking financial hardship.

The goal of this paper is, first and foremost, to conceptualize a more equitable economic system that distributes resources in more just and sustainable ways. It also presents a new institutional system where citizens have greater participation and where elections and political parties no longer exist. A new form of direct and participatory democracy that eliminates the concentration of power, political parties, and lobbyist influences. This system is developed through discussions with AI currently available on the internet, such as ChatGPT or DeepSeek, while giving them very precise instructions and clear boundaries. I also want to ensure that as many biases as possible are avoided and that as many of the flaws of capitalism as possible can be eliminated. I will also ensure that this model will not be dictated to humans by AI, but rather a reflection of my thoughts, challenged and fueled by conversations with the AI.

First, I will present the structure I would like, as well as the results of our discussions and my reflections by theme, distributed within this structure. It will contain a central but decentralized “government” since it will be managed by the community as well as a large number of ancillary services that I would like to set up, according to a list of priorities yet to be defined. I imagine in addition to this institutional heart based on the 3 pillars (legislative, executive and judicial), the creation of a decentralized “bank” and a stable currency that will serve as a currency of exchange in the ecosystem. For example, in services like the Marketplace, which I imagine to be a market for new and used goods, the Workingplace, a platform for job search / job proposals of all kinds and a communication / dating system. Everything will be free to use, the only major novelty of the economic system is that a single tax will be put in place, according to formulas to be defined, and paid equally by the buyer and the seller. This tax will subsequently be used to finance a universal basic income, guaranteed to all users.

The concrete objective of this project is to create an application and a website, based on these reflections, that could serve as a next-generation government to replace the existing governments around the world. These platforms will first reflect what I see as most practical and useful, and above all, follow ethical points that I will highlight here and which must be respected throughout the creation process. The AI has also added certain aspects that I will also take into account. Subsequently, I would like the maintenance and development of the platform to be the responsibility of the users, with me in a role to be defined within the structure.

I think it's important to emphasize that I am convinced that by acting together, we have the power to reclaim power! We can decide together to change our habits. Why do we use Booking.com or AirBnb.com when these platforms steal totally exaggerated commissions from consumers simply because they have a website that has a near-monopoly, or at least one that is very well-known and widely used (even though they are sometimes poorly designed, as is the case with Booking Pulse). This money only goes into the pockets of a few shareholders when it could be used to serve the community while being reduced to the usual tax for our website instead of the 15% or more that these platforms charge! The same goes for many other online sales services and platforms. By grouping these services on a platform like this, we serve users and not the shareholders of multinationals who have no regard for their social and environmental responsibility.

Obviously, I would like these processes, like any other processes that will be implemented subsequently on this site/app, to NEVER result in physical violence or the death of anyone! It is designed to be as ethical as possible, with the aim of not engaging in wokeism or following any other movement. It is neither right nor left, but rather aims to eliminate this binary policy and offer a voice to all and more equality in the distribution of wealth, stopping overproduction and speculation on vital commodities, especially through incentives. With the subsequent aim of levying small taxes and offering everyone a universal basic income so that they can cover their basic needs, health coverage, and an internet connection. Reduce global stress, prevent good health instead of treating it, reduce greed, encourage local human exchange and communication, promote ecology, sustainable actions, multiculturalism, and multilingualism. I want to calm people down, allow them to laugh at everything again and not be afraid of others! I would like a system with reliable and useful information, free and decently paid media. Once again, I NEVER want this site/app to be used for propaganda, extremism, racism, or any other form of discrimination. I want to GATHER and HELP! I also don't want advertising, partnerships, or lobbying. Any influence is completely forbidden and will be severely punished! I have no intention of becoming the central power in place of those already established in the world, nor of enriching myself personally. I want more equality, less online fraud, a universal income, and health care for all! The information collected and the decisions made can also provide information to the world government to make better decisions.

All studies show that we are heading for ruin; we might as well be able to say we tried something different before it's too late!
