Personally for me when I got to know about the platform, I didn't instantly apply to become an author. Looking back at it now I have to admit that the reason I didn't immediately apply was because I was scared and intimidated. Here, I was seeing so many well researched and really thorough articles by really great authors and content creators and I wasn't sure I was on that level yet. I could write that I knew, but they kind of intimidated me and that is one thing you as a newbie on the Publish0x platform shouldn't be, do not be intimidated.

Just put out your best work but always make sure they are well researched and the reader can gain from them, because the folks here are really enlightened and smart. So after about two weeks of just watching I finally summoned the courage to apply and I was picked yaaaaayyyyy🥳🥳🥳. My ride here has been a bumpy one but one I have learnt alot from, expanded my mind more than I knew about Crypto and so from what I've learnt, let me share this with you. To grow on Publish0x and get that cash you always see people make per post here are some things you should do:

First, do not be afraid to tell a story.

Your first paragraph determines whether a person reads your story to the end. When the intro is boring, you automatically lose my attention and you'll probably not get tipped. But more than that, you'll lose a follow. And when a person follows you it's an assurance that they like what you are putting out and that's one assured tip anytime they see any of your posts. So you're probably losing a tip for that article and subsequent ones they might see. I'm just not saying this out of my opinions mind you, I have carried out research. I started two posts with stories and two others with just facts as I jumped right into the story, and I'm sure you can guess it. The ones with stories attracted more tips and more follows than the ones with facts. So pls try to start with stories to grab and retain your readers attention🙏🙏.

Second, be consistent with your craft.

It doesn't help your case putting out a post once every two or three days. This was a major problem I had when I just joined the platform. I would put out a post today and would be gone for the next three days. Even if it's a post a day, it can still be accepted but my candid advice would be to put out more than one post a day. I see some really dope creators and their level of consistency is just frightening🤯🤯. I'm talking about three, four, five posts a day and on a consistent basis. That's just absolutely crazy and I give them two thumbs up for that👍👍. Its definitely not easy. Consistency is key so never slack, do not let your resolution falter. And as one of my favourite quote says:
"Commitment gets you there, but consistency keeps you there".

Lastly, use images in the article.

Yes the folks here on Publish0x are smart and super intelligent and want to read what you are putting out, but as the quote says "A picture is worth a thousand words", so why not seize that golden opportunity. This is something I've also tried and I realized that posts that had other images apart from the cover image did better and had more engagements than those that had just the cover images. Tou should really try out this trick and you'll see that this old trick still works even for new dogs😉😉.
