When did they change our frequency from 432HZ to 440HZ and why?

The Nazi propaganda minister named Joseph Goebels created a universal decree in 1939 urging everyone to tune LA music to 440 Hertz, instead of 432 Hz, the frequency to which all music was tuned up to moment. From 1939 to today it has been tuned to that frequency. This causes people to think and feel in a certain way and keeps them in internal disorder. In 1953 the Goebels decree was approved by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This occurred despite the efforts of a large number of French musicians who, supported by the Paris Conservatoire, organized a referendum to preserve A tuned to 432 Hz.

All the music we listen to at this moment generates a frequency that is inharmonious with the planet and with the human organism. One note makes 12 harmonics, because it resonates the 12 notes of the musical scale (with half tones and sharps). The notes make 12 harmonics, when playing a note tuned to an A tuned to 432 Hz. When one plays in an A tuned to 440 Hz, only 8 harmonics are made. Music tuned to 440 Hz is very poor music. The frequency of planet Earth is 8 Hz. Alpha waves, the frequency of the brain in a state of deep relaxation, are waves at 8 Hz. Tuning to 440 makes the base not 8, but 8'25, which means that the harmonics that they generate are not harmonic with the planet. The Human Being works in a frequency range that goes from 16 to 32 Hertz, which is equivalent in the musical scale, from do to do, that is, one octave. Tuning to 440 Hz is also not harmonic with the Human Being frequency because the base is 16.5.
