Since the launch of the æmbassies program in May 2018, æternity team has received about 200 applications from people from all over the world who were happy to join the ecosystem. Currently, our active æmbassadors are based in 25 different countries and so far about 500,000 AE tokens have been given to the community in the form of bounty rewards. 

The program is designed to promote awareness, educate, and inspire the wider community to drive the adoption of æternity blockchain for better use cases, solving real-world problems.

In an effort to further strengthen the transparency and decentralization of the æternity ecosystem and expand its scope, we have developed a new program for ambassadors with new challenges and new rewards. The æmbassies program is open to new members of the community.  Now you can join the æmbassies program to jointly create and use a new network of blockchain professionals in your local community with like-minded people!

The æmbassy is designed to bring together people with different skills and experience as a local team to serve their local communities. The æmbassador is an active, curious and interested member of the community who constantly supports the development and dissemination of æternity blockchain.
