The Canaima National Park in Venezuela has 3,000,000 hectares and is the second largest park in the country, with countless places to visit, but this time I present five must visit places with very easy access at the edge of highway Troncal 8 that goes straight from Venezuela to Brazil.
This park is divided into two parts, which are the western sector and the eastern sector, the western sector can only be accessed by river or plane, the eastern sector can be accessed by road and is known as La Gran Sabana (The Great Savannah).
The first place is Los Rápidos Kamoiran (Rapids of the Kamoiran River), in this place there is a gas station and a beautiful campsite with restaurant and the main tourist attraction is the Rapids of the Kamoiran River that goes through the back of the camp.
The second place is El salto Kawi (Kawi Waterfall), which has a part up by the river where you can get wet directly from the waterfall and a part down by the river with a waterfall and a lagoon, I took a picture of me in the upper part (excuse me for damaging the landscape with my face), and this photo of the down by the river part I took it from Wikipedia because the fotos I took in this place have bad quality, because my cell phone was not working very well at the moment.

The third place is El salto Kama (Kama Waterfall) which is about 50 meters high, you get there with your car by the road and then walk a few meters and watch the waterfall from on one side.
But to see all its majesty you have to get to the bottom, from the other side of the river
The fourth place is Quebrada Pacheco (Pachecos' Creek), which also has two parts, up by the river there is a small lagoon and down by the river there is the waterfall.
And the fifth place is Quebrada de Jaspe (Jaspe Creek), which has this name because this part of the river where the waterfall is located, is formed by a stone named Jaspe of reddish color, This part is very slippery and people slide down the stone like a slide.
I took all these photos (with the exception of wikipedia one) with my phone.
I hope you like my post, I did it with all the love to make known the beauties of my country, soon I will be publishing other interesting topics.
See you soon.
