For my second brawl, let's cut the chase short: things didn't go as well as the first time. For a start, I was late entering into a fray, and was left with a gold cards only slot. Considering that 2 weeks ago I wasn't even interested in Splinterlands, one can guess that my current stable of monsters is on the inexpensive rented ones aka no super duper gold cards in it.

Let's see how I fared with additional late and cheap gold rentals that I managed to get.

1st duel: loss with earth against water in a 38 mana no melee monsters fight

With 2 losses and 1 win, let's just say that my performance wasn't setellar this time, especially compared with my previous brawl.

Unfortunately, it din't go so well either for my fellow cryp2monKeys. We fell from 4th to 6th place, and took twice as many losses as victories. Let's hope that our 3rd brawl, now just started, will go better as we need those crowns to improve our starting guild.
