Earlier this year, Opera partnered with payment service Wyre to extend the ability to buy cryptocurrencies across Europe, as well as in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and Switzerland. The feature is also available in the US.

At the same time, Opera announced a partnership with the cross-chain platform Dapp.com by adding support for the decentralized application browser.

At the end of March, Opera was the first leading browser to add support for a decentralized domain.
