It depends on what you are comfortable with tbh. Celsius is good and i use it myself. Coinbase ( exchange ) and Celsius (wallet )are considered centralized. You can use de-centralized exchanges and wallets too. Or you can use other exchanges.

First of all let me compliment you for writing something that isn't the typical BTC to 30K! articles. Second, I like your idea. Combination of crypto and eco friendly practices would be fantastic. Third, Having said that however, I wonder if this is the best use case? Wouldn't a business idea that marries crypto with an in-demand everyday use case that everyone would use (instead of the rich that can afford yachting) be something that best showcases the potential of crypto contributing to environmental causes? Overall, i really like your article :) Thank you for writing it!

Bitcoin’s Real Weakness? Energy Waste

25 May 2020 FarewelltoMinds

26 May 2020
100% tip. What people don't seem to understand is that IF you don't use the energy used to mine bitcoin, you wouldn't need to compare that energy used against other types of energy consumption in the first place. Bitcoin derives its value just because its a currency that is extremely expensive to attack, but its value comes at the price of excessive wastage of energy. And people do not seem to want to shift preferences to other better cryptocurrencies just because it is the first cryptocurrency. So what if it is the first? It is SLOW af, centralized ( don't deny it; look at where all the majority mining pools are located ), manipulated in trade ( look at how price keeps on being rejected ). In other words, I wish people would move on to better cryptocurrencies instead of clinging to this piece of shit.
