1- Ensign's N179 had a radiator ladder. The car, driven by Derek Daly, played in the 1979 season
Very strange a car with a ladder in front, in addition to looking less aerodynamic!

2- The March 711, from 1971 had an elevated front wing. The rear wing was also not endowed with beauty. It looked like a red pepper

3- Ligier's first car, the JS5, from 1976 had an oval, raised rear. The prop is one of the most bizarre in the category's history.
Only interesting for car miniature collectors!

4- The 2012 Ferrari, guided by Fernando Alonso, had a hole in the front, in the beak, looking like it was meant to fit into something !

5- Ronnie Peterson's Tyrrell P34 was ugly, but an audacious six-wheeler project that didn't work. Model very much sought after by collectors of F1 miniatures, at least.
