Fresh from a quite successful evening of crypto picks, I'll write a little introduction to this lively website. It certainly seems popular. There's been healthy numbers in the chatroom all day long and I hear the website is speedily heading for 10,000 members signed up. So... what is CryptoPick?

CryptoPick is a 'real prediction simulation game,' a sort of practice platform for traders. You make predictions on the price of crypto assets. There isn't any extensive documentation on the site which is quite odd. Fortunately it's fairly easy to learn, especially if you have some experience of trading exchanges.
Still... a clear guide for new players would be useful so I'll try my best. Let's start with the games. There are just two types of game to play in CryptoPick.
Up/Down is a simple prediction game where you bet on pairs in the market: BTC against USD or ETH against USD (stake as many Pickies as you wish).

Moon/Doom is a prediction game where you pick a cryptotoken to go up and/or a cryptotoken to go down.

There are two 'currencies' to consider here, Ethereum and Pickies. Ethereum as you know is a proper cryptocurrency. The real winners on CryptoPick get paid in Ethereum.
Pickies is the other currency. It is not (at least for now) a real cryptocurrency asset. New members get 500 Pickies free to begin. Unless you follow an affiliate link such as my affiliate link to get 250 bonus extra Pickies.
You use Pickies to pay entry fees into tournaments. Tournaments cost quite a few Pickies (say 50 or 100) to enter. In tournaments it's your ranking against other players that matters. High placings earn Ethereum (not vast amounts but remember this is a game you can play for free). So the way to do well at CryptoPick is to enter lots of games and lots of tournaments and make good predictions on the price of crypto coins.

Some players get frustrated that they arrive and make a few hot predictions but don't win any ETH. Other players are frustrated that they can't withdraw until they've won quite a lot of Ether. Currently you need 0.05 ETH to be able to make a withdrawal. That's about $22 as I write. It will take quite a lot of good tournament performance to make that much ETH on CryptoPick.
It's fair to say I think that this free game/mock trading exchange isn't for seasoned day traders. It's far better suited to beginners learning strategies for trade of cryptocurrencies. If you want to have a go at studying the charts (or just guessing) without risking real assets then it's a good place to start, especially when there's a possibility that sustained play will bring some free ETH your way.
I really like the website. It's fun and you can get on with your day (or night!) making occasional plays on crypto prices. CryptoPick has a very well designed UI and it works smoothly and doesn't buffer or lag. It's a pretty streamlined and mildly stylish website.
You can really only win ETH by entering and winning (or ranking highly in) tournaments. To enter tournaments you have to pay an entry fee in Pickies. To win Pickies you have to win games. And to win tournaments you have to win games. Tournaments are essentially a record of your success compared to other players on Moon/Doom games. You'll also be awarded Pickies for achievements like "Congrats. You played your 10th game on CryptoPick. Award: 75 Pickies." That sort of thing.
Another thing that can be confusing about it is Upcoming, Ongoing and Finished and Hourly, Daily and Weekly. I'm playing Moon/Doom in the image here (and I'm doing pretty badly on this game).

Note that Ongoing is underlined at the top. This means this is the current game. At the bottom of the screen it tells me how long is left in the game. I'm playing for a duration of 1 hour (see 1H near the top as opposed to 1D, 1W or 1M) and the title Hourly Moon. If I go to Upcoming instead of Ongoing I'm asked to Pick Now and it shows you how simple it is, asking 'What coin will go up the most next hour?'

If I click on 'Pick Now' I can see the best assets from the last sixty minutes to help me choose.

You can play Hourly, Daily or Weekly Moon Top 100 and they all work the same way, just with different timeframes. But do note that success in these games will only win you Pickies unless you have entered the respective Tournaments. To win Ethereum you have to enter Tournaments where you are ranked on your success in these games.
I hope that helps clarify a few things. You can work it out as you go along. And there is also an Official Guide on Publish0x. The team has also published this article on Medium which is a good introduction.
So I'm a fan of CryptoPick. It's very addictive (but then gambling is). Moon or Doom... if you get lucky you might win some ETH and if you get really lucky you might get bored of trading!
