I got the idea to write this post from someone in the comments. Thank you for that. Finding new hobbies can be tricky indeed. if you don't know what to choose, everything at once can't be fun anymore. and if there's nothing you like specifically, where do you start. Here are 5 tips on how to discover new hobbies.

What was the last thing you were so excited about that you were in your own world for a while?
Maybe you were playing a puzzle or looking at a collection of Pokemon cards. It doesn't matter. What is the last thing that made your time fly like that? There may be an interest in this. Maybe you will discover your hobby in this way.

What was your hobby before?
Think about your hobbies you had before. What is the reason why this is no longer your hobby? Perhaps by looking at the unpleasant aspects of your old hobbies you can come up with a new hobby.

Look at others
In the Netherlands we have a saying 'beter goed gestolen dan slecht verzonnen or better stolen well than bad made up'. This means that by looking at others, you may be able to come up with ideas or perhaps exactly the same.

What would you spend your money on?
I don't know about you, but I only spend my money on essentials or hobbies. Think about what you would like to spend your money on? In the past, these were stamp collections Maybe you will find  a hobby this way.

Try out some hobbies
You only know if you like something by trying it out right? Just like with food. You only know if you like it when you have tasted it. On the internet you have hundreds of websites with all hobbies. there will probably be something you like.
