Finding motivation to do something you don't like is extremely difficult. Many people feel that they should exercise or exercise more, but often find it more fun to do something different. Here are 5 motivational tips that have helped me to exercise.
Make it fun for yourself
One sport is not the other sport. You may not like walking, but running is. Or maybe you don't like your gym, but you do like the exercises. Then look for a gym or work out at home. Nowadays you have so many different sports and places to exercise. Make use of this opportunity.

Don't exercise alone
What helped me a lot is not to exercise by myself in the gym, but with a friend. That way I can last much longer. This way you can motivate each other and keep exercising.

Start small
By first starting with something small like going to the gym and doing 3 exercises you will last much longer. You really don't have to do a 2-hour workout right away. Make it easy for yourself. You can build it up slowly.

Exercise when it is possible for you
Looking for motivation is hard enough. Especially when you are busy. Make it easy for yourself and schedule your workout when you have a less busy time.
Set goals
Set goals for yourself. It doesn't really matter what purpose it is, because it is your goal. It is something you want to achieve. This will motivate you to exercise. It may be that you want to lose weight, develop muscles, experience fewer complaints or just want to relief some stress.
