Hello everyone! I am a 16-year-old guy, and I decided to start this challenge because I have been interested in the world of online trading for a few years now. Since I currently cannot sign up for major traditional crypto exchanges due to my age, and I don't have access to the capital I would need, I have set a very specific goal for myself.
My exact goal is to reach my first €50 in cryptocurrencies starting from absolute zero and completely for free. I want to use this journey to get closer to this ever-evolving world by taking advantage of various online services that I will talk about in this article.
My Strategy: The 3 Apps I Will Use in This First Phase
To start gathering my first funds, I have selected three free platforms that I will use on a daily basis:
1. Publish0x
The first app I am using is Publish0x, the very platform where I am writing this article right now. There are two main ways to earn here: by reading articles and leaving tips for other authors, or by becoming a writer and monetizing your own content. Earning from the first option won't change your life—we are talking about roughly one cent per tip—but by becoming an author, you can definitely make a few euros a day. 2. Freecash
The second app I use daily is Freecash. On this platform, you can take paid surveys and, what I highly recommend, complete offers based on reaching milestones inside mobile video games. With this method, you can easily make around €30 a month just by playing. Of course, it all depends on how much free time you have and how consistent you are.
A little tip I recommend trying, if you have the chance, is to spend a few euros inside the games to reach the goals faster within the time limits. Naturally, do your math carefully and make sure you don't end up losing money instead of earning!

3. Young Platform Step
The last app I will definitely include in this challenge is Young Platform Step. In this application, you can accumulate tokens simply by walking or answering quick educational quizzes. However, the feature that I think brings me closest to trading is the ability to earn by predicting whether the price of certain cryptocurrencies will go up or down within a specific timeframe. Sure, you won't make millions with this method—we are talking about a few cents a day—but extra earnings never hurt.
Where Will I Keep My Earnings?
Now let's move on to a crucial point of this challenge: once I reach the €50 goal, where can I safely keep my cryptocurrencies?
The answer is a non-custodial wallet like Trust Wallet. I have been using it for a long time (even though I only have €2 in it right now! 😭😅) and I must say I really like it. Your funds are well protected, and sending or receiving crypto takes just a few moments. The secret is to always choose fast and cheap blockchains, but we will talk about that in detail in a future article. 😁
