Blockchain certified pasta is produced in Perugia: first time in the world

Pasta will be only the first of a series of certified products that Food Italiae will guarantee through 'blockchain' technology, having the Grigi Group joined the 'Ibm food trust' project which consists of a global network of participants in a shared data protocol relating to to the supply chain (literally 'distribution chain'). Once this 'written' data protocol cannot be changed: this means that the company is committed to ensuring maximum transparency in 'telling its story' and translates into a greater guarantee of safety and quality for the final consumer.

The consumer, once in front of the supermarket shelf, through QR code will be able to trace all the steps that have taken place to create the product ".
