The Berachain validators have coordinated to purposefully halt the Berachain network as the core team performs an emergency hard fork to address Balancer V2 related exploits on the BEX.

Elizabeth Warren rebuffs defamation allegations from Changpeng Zhao through lawyer.
Senator Elizabeth Warren’s lawyer has rebuffed allegations from Binance founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao that she defamed him by stating he pleaded guilty to a money laundering charge in a letter obtained by Punchbowl News. The letter argues Warren’s statement was “completely accurate” and not made with malice, and thus cannot be defamatory. CZ’s lawyer previously told the New York Post that Zhao plans to file a defamation lawsuit against Warren if she declined to retract the statement.
