Kraken announced the launch of its DeFi Earn product in the United States (most states), the EU, and Canada, aiming to provide centralized exchange users with convenient on-chain yield opportunities.
The product operates through Veda's vault infrastructure, with the initial USDC vaults managed for risk by Chaos Labs and Sentora, allocating funds to mainstream on-chain protocols such as Aave, Morpho, Sky, and Tydro, offering up to 8% annualized yield.

Tether has launched USA₮, a federally regulated, dollar-backed stablecoin designed for the U.S. market under the GENIUS Act framework.
Issued by Anchorage Digital Bank, with Cantor Fitzgerald as reserve custodian, USA₮ will be available on Bybit, Cryptocom, Kraken, OKX, and MoonPay.

Security researcher Jeremiah Fowler disclosed a leaked Infostealer dataset with ~149 million records, including ~420,000 Binance login credentials from malware-infected user devices (affecting Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Netflix, etc.).
