Coinbase hosts their system update 2025 livestream today.
There has been a lot of speculation over the last few weeks, with people getting really excited about the possibility of the base token launch and airdrop. Personally, I think it will be the launch of their rumoured prediction market and tokenized stocks… but you never know.

Kraken has launched the SportFun (FUN) token sale, with subscriptions open until December 18 at 1:00 pm UTC.
The token is priced at $0.06, implying a fully diluted valuation of approximately $60 million. Under the vesting schedule, 50% of tokens will unlock at the token generation event (TGE), with the remaining 50% released linearly on a monthly basis over six months. SportFun is an on-chain fantasy sports platform where users can own, trade, and compete using digital athletes.

Binance has released an announcement outlining its listing process and framework, covering the Alpha, futures, and spot markets.
Binance emphasizes that projects must submit listing applications directly through official channels, and third-party intermediaries are strictly prohibited. Binance has listed several intermediaries on its blacklist, including BitABC, Central Research, May/Dannie, Andrew Lee, Suki Yang, Fiona Lee, and Kenny Z, and stated that legal action will be taken against such fraudulent activities.

Bhutan just committed 10,000 Bitcoins to build a new city.

According to CoinGecko data, the privacy coin XMR has risen against the market, reaching a market capitalization of $8 billion and posting gains of over 100% in the past year.
It is approaching its May 2021 all-time high market cap of around $8.6 billion. As ZEC has declined recently, XMR has once again overtaken ZEC to become the largest privacy coin by market capitalization
