Binance complete the conversion of their SAFU fund to Bitcoin.
“SAFU Fund Asset Conversion – Final Update. Binance has successfully completed the final tranche purchase of 4,545 BTC, finalizing the $1 billion transition of SAFU stablecoin reserves into Bitcoin. This transition was completed within 30 days of the initial announcement, as committed.
SAFU now holds 15,000 BTC, worth $1,005,000,000 USD at the time of completion (calculated at a BTC price of $67,000).

Robinhood has launched "Robinhood Chain," a Layer 2 blockchain built on Arbitrum technology and compatible with Ethereum.
It is designed specifically for financial services and tokenized real-world assets (RWA). The testnet is now live for developers to test and validate financial applications.

UK To issue Tokenized Government Bonds.
The UK Treasury has chosen HSBC Orion for its Digital Gilt Instrument pilot. This could make the UK the first G7 country to issue sovereign bonds on a blockchain. The pilot will test distributed ledger technology for government debt. The goal is to build DLT infrastructure and boost adoption in UK financial markets. HSBC says digital gilts could speed up settlement times and modernize debt markets.
