New cards are being deployed in the game. Their addition to the game would add excitement to the nature of the game and its difficulty. Despite the emergence of new cards, there are old cards that are undeniably strong when teamed up with another card. One is the combination of Yodin Zaku & Lava Launcher.

Yodin Zaku is a fire summoner and it can strengthen other cards. Lava Launcher is a fire monster with a range attack and it has very strong stats to survive and win the game.

THE CARD'S ABILITY 

Every card in Splinterlands is powerful. They all possess abilities that can dominate the game when used right. Most of the time, abilities turned into waste because players do not know how to use them or how to pair them with another card. Today, we are here to talk about the perfect pairing of two cards: Yodin Zaku & Lava Launcher.

YODIN ZAKU is a Legendary Fire Summoner with the ability to increase the range of attacks, and health, and give Blast ability to all monsters you choose to battle with it. Range attacks are helpful because it allows the monster to attack from a back position. There are many range attackers in Splinterlands but not everyone is strong enough to be the tank and back position attacker. Increasing the range of attacks of the monsters could help your team to win the game.

In terms of health, Yodin Zaku can give additional health. Some of the players would not see this as a great advantage but increasing the health of your team can lead your team to live longer in the field. If they live longer in the field, then they can make more attacks on their opponent and that can lead your team to victory.

Blast ability is the greatest additional it can give to its companion. Monsters with Blast ability can also make damage the other monsters adjacent to the target monster. Take note that the damage it can give to the adjacent monsters is half of its full damage. This only shows that the Blast ability can change the whole game if they are added as new abilities to all of your monsters in the field.

The mentioned above are the ability and power of Yodin Zaku. Now, its time to talk about its disadvantages:

- High mana needed to be summoned.
- Range attacks are not usable and practical at all times.
- It is only for fire monsters.

Now that we know Yodin Zaku, let's talk about Lava Launcher.

LAVA LAUNCHER is an Epic Fire Monster with Close Range ability. Monsters with this kind of ability can also attack from the first position. This is a very rare scenario where range attackers are permitted to attack in the first position. This is such a huge advantage because we can maximize the stats of this monster.

The 3 range attacks are powerful especially when Blast ability is added to it. It can make 3 damages and 2 damages for adjacent monsters. In terms of speed, the 3-speed is also quite an asset because this only means that Lava Launcher has a 20% chance of evading attacks from its opponent. The defense of this monster is also impressive. The 6 shields can endure many melee and range attacks and the 5 health could surely make this monster live longer than any other monsters in the field.

Lava Launcher is already powerful on its own but it is more powerful when teamed up with Yodin Zaku because it now has 4 damage attacks and 6 lives with Blast ability. The close-range ability of this monster makes it the perfect tank attacker in the field.

The mentioned above are the ability and power of Lava Launcher. Now, its time to talk about its disadvantages:

- It needs high mana to be summoned.
- Its health is not very high which means magic attackers can easily eliminate it.
- If this monster becomes the tank in the game, it can be easily wiped out and its full power will not be maximized.

TEAMING UP ANALYSIS

Yodin Zaku is a powerful summoner and Lava Launcher is a powerful monster as well. Both have extraordinary abilities that fit so well. Lava Launcher is a range attack and it can be elevated by Yodin Zaku. Also, its life is on average so increasing the health of Lava Launcher would be great. Another thing is that the Blast ability can help Lava Launcher to extend its damage ability. If there is a hindrance between these two, it is the high mana needed for them to be summoned.
