Due to Ethereum Gas prices, almost all leading DeFi platforms are expanding to other low gas alternatives. We recently saw 1INCH moving to Binance Smart Chain. And now we see Sushiswap and Curve Finance embracing Fantom Network.

Not just FTM, there are more networks for Sushiswap to hop on. This is an announcement from xDai Chain:

In one of the biggest announcements today, Sushiswap CTO Joseph Delong informed that Sushiswap has already been deployed on 5 networks apart from the native Ethereum chain. These are:

1. Fantom

2. Polygon (Matic)

3. xDai Chain

4. Binance Smart Chain

5. Moonbeam Network (for Polkadot integration)

To add to it, Andre Cronje tweeted:

Sushiswap is killing it!
I'm of the view that $SUSHI can flip $UNI this month itself.
With this, xSUSHI holders will get 0.05% of trading fee on total swaps on all of these chains. This should increase the passive earnings of SUSHI stakers and in turn will increase the price of $SUSHI.

I hope, the Sushi community can work out some form of LP rewards beyond the usual 0.25% swap fee for all other chains to incentivize SLPs. If it works out to be competitive, then Sushiswap can hope to get to the number one slot in the field of AMM ahead of even Pancake Swap

Once Bento Box is launched, it can easily double the SUSHI stakers earnings from what it is today.

So if Uniswap doesn't come up with its v3 before that, it's doomed!

Let's see how Uniswap reacts to this developments.

For now, I only see its founder trying to create unnecessary drama.
