  • There are some legal protection side views/aspects of investors and landlords in case some tenants will go rogue or will not be able to pay their monthly rent, this information will be made public after the MVP is being officially released;
  • The smart contracts will be done on BSC network. Everything that will be done on the iRent platform will be as transparent as possible. They will also create different wallets for:
    - Reward program where 25% of the total coins issued are deposited;
    - Platform cost & Development program where 20% of the total coins issued will be deposited;
    - Employee program where 15% of the total coins issued will be deposited.
    In this way, they will be able to offer as much transparency as possible for investors and for any taxation and control institution. Each month from these wallets will be deducted and introduced in the Open Market a number of 1,388,888 IRE Tokens, which will help to develop the platform and expand the services offered, and also for the remuneration of employees and founders.
  • To avoid associating the IRE Token with a security token, the fundamental principle set-up is the "Stakeholder". When the rent is paid monthly by the tenant, the funds are transferred directly to the Investor's Wallet, adding the 10% profit related to that value, this offering the investor the possibility to withdraw the amount paid by the tenant plus the 10% profit when he wants, monthly or at the end period, but the profit will be the same, of 10% only that it will be divided by the number of months stipulated in the contract.

  • Considering that they have decided to open a startup in Romania, they will obey the laws of Romania. In Romania, they will be represented by a well-known law firm in Romania, and internationally we will be represented by a law firm that is part of the top 10 world renown. The names of the partners will be displayed with the launch of the MVP, which will provide a substantial increase in the value of the IRE token.
