Hippa regulations are garbage in modern day society...they put up red tape for the ignorance of the modern individual...yet consumerism is the greatest threat… you have smoking devices and cigarettes sending out signals... with smart technology… blood based pathogens from forign enities with varied life spans with recording and visual capabilities either internal or external...and its just a hosh-posh of violation(red tape)...if your in healthcare i would lawyer up...its a matter of time before the workers are attacked finacially over violations and the hot shots disregard the valitity. (Of both consumer and worker)

Microwave and wifi capability can determain the authenticity of these words (and) a person in there home can be subject to violation without knowledge. A ucla professor wrote in musical context "1000 more fools" and "my sanity" as well as "the defense"...the fact is privacy not hippa is garbage and are greatest asset.. because it is a catch 22 only problem with forign entities are if you have so much as a forign coin...your hippa claims can be thrown out as international or domestic terrorism...and whos to fault the govt and customs as well as the pentagon for not identifying the threat sooner…or do we basically identify "the global conglomerent" scream halleluah. And know even if we buy food its the equivelent of the soup line.

So in short not caring is the only hippa violation...ever...thats the sole oath is to care enough in a world no individual will make out of alive...
