Writing a blog post every day is difficult. Over the past week, I’ve been sick and tired, literally. It’s been tough to stay focused.

Most days, I get up and I feel super excited about an idea I want to blog. The last few days not so much.

One of those ruts, I suppose, but I also suppose the “only way out is through.”

Just keep writing even if it doesn’t make sense and even if no one reads.

And then I remind myself that I’m not blogging for readers. I’m blogging to get my ideas out of my head and just express them.

Recently, I’ve been thinking about organizational design, hiring, branding, and narrative…namely how to help 10,000 developers have a “Radix Revelation” in the next year.

It’s a ridiculous number, but I am hoping that the outline of the challenge is what will get me to think out of the proverbial box.

Sometimes, the posts just have to be short.

And that’s ok.

I’m not doing this for anyone else. No one is making me. I’m doing it for myself.

Some days, the posts are full of brilliant insights.

Some days, they are garbage.

But just keep on blogging.
