Now, with the Edge wallet (one of the best mobile crypto wallets around, imho), it is possible to sell Bitcoin remotely via an ATM.
Typically, if you want to turn your Bitcoin into dollars, you would need to go through an exchange like Coinbase and then transfer it to your bank account and finally to your ATM.
Now, with Edge’s partnership with the Bitaccess ATM network, you can sell your Bitcoin directly to the ATM (as it were) and just go withdraw it.
I don’t know what the fees are (I wouldn’t be surprised if they were somewhat high), but it’s interesting to see this development happening in the industry.
