One of the best purchases I’ve made has been a pair of Swanwick blue light blockers for both night and day.
We spend SO much time staring at screens (and forgetting to take eye breaks), that it’s worth it to do what we can to minimize negative impact.
The day ones are great, but I really dig the night ones. Not only do they make me feel funkadelic, but they are a great way to consciously tell my brain that it’s time to start winding down.
