Land, like everything else in this world, is an NFT. I personally believe it is the best NFT in the game. You can use your own land or let's other mine on your land for a fee. Let's say on a specific land, you let another play mine on your land. You may make 20% of what they mine. That's a great amount of passive income for just a simple NFT. Instead of grinding the game out like most other play-to-earn games, you can chill on your couch and do whatever.

Land is obviously the most expensive NFT due to the fact that it can make you very fast gains. It is well worth the investment. Some users set the percentage of what they take very low so it can attract more users faster. How many users you can have on your land depends on the area of the land. Obviously higher areas cost more but they also bring in good returns. I recommend getting a small land at first. This allows you to experience the game 1st hand. Then, as you develop more knowledge about the game, you can play riskier and start investing more.

The market is in a bearish run which means the best time to invest is now. I believe this is going to be near the lowest of where the market will be. Get in soon before it's too late!
