In Nigerian, culture is a very important role we all must play in one way or the other. Come to look at it we have different dialect in the countries and each state have their ways of living and the way they operate in the society. For instance, I travel to ile-ife for the first time it was so obvious that everyone in the community knows I am a stranger question why? It's because where I'm coming from we have our ways of doing things and the way I'll act as well also tells because everyone I See's seems new and being alone in a community where I wasn't brought up from. So in this sence it will be easy for people of a state to know their people due to they way of things been done is generally accepted by the people of the state.
