Though Kenya's Institute of Curriculum Development has been providing school programs through radio, television, and online platforms since the closure of schools in March, not all students and educators have access to the technology to successfully cover the entirety of the syllabus. According to Kenyan official sources, colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions may be able to reopen in September this year depending on the pandemic situation and if they abide by strict sets of guidelines.
