League of Kingdoms and a runaway banning bot
So I decided to join a P2E game "League of Kingdoms" and as always I made a pretty good start by investing a lot of time in the building, research, and harvesting. And since it is possible to earn real money, and you can invest real money, I expected the game support to be flawless. What happened yesterday? After 5 days of non-stop playing, I took a break to socialize in real life. And this morning I wanted to log in as always but to my surprise and agony, the account was banned for (supposedly) using an unauthorized script!

First of all, I don't use a script, but secondly, what do they mean by unauthorized? Are there authorized scripts as well, that we don't know? Is League of Kingdoms using this authorized script to beat real human players? Can we say "it takes one to know one", or "it takes a low mind to think low"?
The banning of an account and being accused of cheating or fraud in a game, where the real money is involved, is no minor issue! You are accusing real human beings of being a robot, and that is done by... a banning bot! There is no human involvement in the banning. It is done by an inferior piece of software.
So what does anyone do when something like that happens? You go to support. Telegram, Discord, e-mail, phone, or anything else. As you can see in the warning message above, there is no link to any helpdesk, there is absolutely no doubt in the minds of these game-makers, that they might be wrong, so their decision is a decision you cannot dispute. Like a judge, jury, and executioner.
When you finally find the right channel to state your complaints anyhow, you'll soon notice their support doesn't allow you to post a message.

So finally you find the channel that deals with only 1 problem, banned accounts. But on that channel, you cannot view the history, so it seems you are the only one that got banned. After a few minutes, you'll find out many more players got banned by the banning bot.

We all have been trying to draw some attention to our problem, and since they have made a channel named "account-banned" the game makers must be aware of the fact that many many good trustworthy human beings are mistreated by their runaway banning bot. You would expect, again since serious money is involved, they would have first-class support who would deal with their clients in a swift and friendly manner. But the disappointment gets even bigger. Their support is also a bot...

Every now and then the bot interferes with the conversation by spitting out the same message "report when your accounts were banned". The fact the bot is programmed to notify multiple accounts, the game makers tell us that they know about the problem. They know the banning bot is programmed to irritate and accuse 99% of real human players, and they also know that this is not meant to be a player-friendly approach, a client-binding model of marketing, a bad strategy if you are serious about really trying to find fraudulent player or players that use unauthorized scripts. This all smells like the game makers use their OWN scripts (authorized) to make sure no human player can ever make money on their game! It smells like FRAUD. Until proven otherwise I would like to warn everybody to be very very precocious, and reluctant even when you decide to put your money into this game.

Players hereby have been notified.
I will now start to notify the NFT trading places, to put the buying and selling of NFTs related to the game League of Kingdoms on hold until these game makers prove at least they have their support in order. They also have to prove they are not rigging the game themselves by using authorized scripts! And finally, they should never ever let a banning bot decide by itself to ban players, you can only use a bot for signaling. Harming real people, and blaming your software is more than showing a lack of respect, it shows you have no good intentions in mind.
NFTs trading places hereby have been notified.

As I promised I would start to notify the NFT trading markets, one by one. But first, of course, I tried to get in touch with all online moderators "King's Moderators" and I even got a short "I will pass it through". Probably he meant, to flush it through the toilet instead of pass it to the proper channels, because 24 hours later, still, nothing has changed. Many League of Kingdoms accounts, of real human players, remain banned for using an unauthorized script, which is a blatantly false accusation, and that is all done and handled by their one and the only way of communicating, their authorized 'banning-bot script', and furthermore their 'wiping history script (every 5 or 10 minutes)', and finally their 'kick you of discord script'.

Two and a half days after finding out I was part of a large group that had unjustly been banned, motivated by a false accusation from a piece of software, and trying everything in my power to get in contact with their support, I was only fighting more bots. Probably banned for life, I guess or compensated 300 crystals, when they finally decide to unban 99% they have been bot-banning all the time, I reckon it will be my first guess. I decided to seek contact with one of the largest NFT markets exchange platforms at this moment. First of all, there was a response within minutes. The response however was one where one tries to reject all that is written already. "No proof", he wrote, after reading this article. I explained it is not within my power to investigate any further, but something is wrong with the game makers from League of Kingdoms, cause there is real money involved in the game. If they would only rig the game 1% that is enough reason to put them all in jail. Long story short, if it turns out I am right, then many people wish they had listened to me. I only invested time and energy in the game, no money, not even $ 0,01! So being banned from your hard work and energy only hurts for a while and is an emotional matter, not a material one. Those however who did invest their money (over thousands of dollars) and get bot-banned like this, and have nowhere to drop a complaint, no support, no friendly voice who is assuring that everything will be alright, like a good old Bob, those real people might become sad, full of anger, or worse, they might take a plane to the head-office just to confront those game makers who are behaving like baboons on a rock, playing with their, or each other's, private parts all day.
The NFT exchange markets have a huge role to play. They can not ignore serious signals of foul play or malignant entrepreneurs.

There are some new developments. I started to collect stories on the LOK discord server, just every now and then get a private conversation with a player of the game who has also been bot banned (as I wrote earlier, this goes on all day). Here is what happened with one of the banned players. After three days of being banned (for switching between tablet and computer for playing only one account, which seems to be a common reason for getting banned also), the player had access to the game again, but before he could determine the damage that had been done being absent for three days, he was banned again!
This time (a second ban by bot) another bot tells him: "banned for 60 days!!". Beware, the third time you'll be banned for life!
This is absolutely unacceptable, even IF he ever used a script, he didn't even have the time to take two breaths after entering and being kicked off again. The banning bot is probably programmed to wear real human people out; to annoy, irritate, depress, accuse, kick, ignore, and all those things you would expect from a FRAUDULENT company, which lifespan is going to be very very short. If I had the power, I would PUT ALL NFT tradings of LOK on hold on all major NFT trading places, and make an example out of them. I would investigate any malignant software the game makers are using themselves to profit from real human players and the real money they invest. I have no doubt anymore that LOK game makers have chosen the malignant way of doing business.
I will close this file myself, all is said, but not after I add a screenshot of the latest attempt to get a real-life online moderator on their discord server to, at least, give a sign of life. No sign of life, from none I have tried after their 'online button' lighted green. What do they all do? You first have to send a friend request, which they refuse, so they block any messages sent in this way. They create absolute horror in a virtual world!

addendum:
march 10, 2026
On december 6 2025 LOK announced and started an upgrade (a 1 day task, that is still not finished properly after 3 months). In 2022 I took a break for around 1000 days. And just as I got curious how the game was doing (a the end of 2025), the 6 dec. upgrade spoiled the fun again already. Not much to my suprise, the bullies all still there (they hide in silence). What was allowed 4 years ago, has all been priviledged and restricted (they say by the congress that are normal players, while congress probably are mostly the devs of the game). You need to have at least a level 30 castle to join a priviledged alliance so you can use your Drago to mine Dragon Soul (otherwise you are limited to lvl 1 mining only). Mining Crystal Mines is not fully prohibited yet, but restricted to lvl 1 only, and for those who mean serious business, do not mine to many lvl 1 crystal mines or you will be blocked for mining to many lvl 1 crystal mines for the rest of the day. Even when lvl 2 and 3 crystal mines lay open for a whole day, you are not allowed to mine them, your ally needs a Shrine. Shrines are divided among the "strong allies" and strong allies don't want you in unless you know someone who will vow for you, or you have castle ~30 and Tier 4 troops or higher (to get to those levels, that will take an average player around 1 to 2 years of serious playing).
And I don't know how they do it but some players seem to run 5 to 10 Kingdoms, and they don' even hide it. Is that allowed and if so, WHY?

So, if it is alowed, it's like a table in an online poker game, right, you against 9 other players, you loose mostly. If it is not allowed (which would be GAME logic) then how come I see these anomalies in 1 day, while LOK is allowing this multiple kingdoms (accounts) to continue for years? This already was one of my first complaints in 2022, I'll explain why. If you do not "obey" 1 player in a game, like I did many times, that 1 player can keep attacking you for the rest of your LOK career with all of his accounts. These accounts are also divided over different alliances, so having beef with 1 player, soon escalates to beings bullied not only by multiple kingdoms, or the whole alliance (even your own after they booted you), but multiple alliances at the same time. Believe me it is like entering a poker tournament, where from 1000 poker players only 20 or 50 players are REAL (and FAIR) players, the 950 are all "connected", they all benefit, they all share, by draining the "real players". 3 years ago I said this is a game of bullies, and it will not last very long. Now these multiple kingdoms, who seem dead, but all keep watching, are silent witnesses how things got corrupted but were never handled.
Being asked for - what should we change next - there was no option to chose for "cut the crap with these crystal mines", every player should have equal rights to mine them and be left alone, or "cut the crap with the restrictions on developping your Drago", all DS mines all levels can be mined.
The upgrade starting on december 6th, as we speak, is still not completed. So many flaws for three months now. Only yesterday there was a kind of sorry, or "Thank you for your patience". My overall impression, my alliance over ~90 members is absolutely dead. There are 3 or 4 members who come online once or twice a week, they look around, do some rallies on dragons, or deathcars for an hour, and vanish again.
If you did not already started LOK, don't, it's game over, and it there is no way you can make 1 cent out of this game, so the "play to get paid" has returned to pay to play again. This game could have been a serieus game for small "investors" with a long investment span, instead it has gone broke, probably because to many of the "dev team" took over the game and bullied real players out.
I keep playing so when things change for the better I will let you know. It's like saying if the arrogance (eufemistic) of the USA and Israel are over, the world will become a better place.
