Today, in this free land, I run happily, and despite all pain and suffering, at least the earth beneath my feet is still alive.
One side of the city is dark, motionless and on the other side, lights are glowing. Bright lights, such as colorful stars, yellow, white, and gold, are scattered throughout the cities.
People are asleep and will wake up soon.
Today the sky has a strange color and we should not miss the opportunity to capture this beauty.
I remember the day I first went on an adventure in this pleasant land. The weather was nice and cool, and for me, who didn’t use to a lot of exercise, it was difficult and tiring to walk and move forward, and I was sweating profusely.
For me, who was not allowed to run before because I was a girl, running outdoor was a joy, but as I ran, my heart ached and I was gasping for breath. But what a pleasure it was to be able to run freely on the street, as if I would have died at that moment, I wouldn’t care!
I remember when I was a teenager, one day when it was raining lightly, I decided to run on the sidewalk. I wanted to experience running once. But the girls had to walk slowly and running was frowned upon. It suddenly hit me in the head and I started running without caring about people, and what a pleasant feeling it was, even though people looked strange. Someone thought I’d been running because I’d been followed and scared!!! But I still haven’t forgotten that day, the day that I finally decided not to care but people think and when I ran and ran till I was out of breath.
Today, in this free land, I run every time I get the chance and despite all pain and suffering that still exists, at least, the earth beneath my feet is alive.
