For a $1.51 minus the 60.70 for a sum of $59.19 for a safe buy state I play $59.45 for my 5%.  And then Add my 5% Target to bring me to the sum of $2.97 to a payout of $62.42 I set my order for sell at $62.45 after realized of the start point being $61.02 not $61.25 as I thought I was close enough to take home Profits in just a few hours.
