Through a long, painful journey of trial and error, I realized earlier in my life that I was living a less than optimal existence. I learned this because I came to understand I was unhappy in different life areas and I knew this was not what I wanted. I desired healthier relationships. I needed to improve my financial status. I wanted to live on purpose with ease and grace. I had goals. A lot of them.
I saw others who were happy, so I knew it was a thing for people. I desired it for myself, but I knew something had to change. I finally learned it was my choices that needed to shift. Once I realized happiness was a possibility for me, I made a decision to feel joyful and I started to learn how to win at my life. I chose to share what I learned with others, because maybe there are people like me who have this journey too.
Competition and the Way of the Win
I grew up in a competitive household. We played sports, entered contests, and engaged in gaming of every kind. Winning was expected and highly valued.
Living this way cultivates a rather singular view of the world, seeing life through a lens of angles and methods. I can attest to my biggest take away from these experiences as learning The Art of Leverage.
Now most people understand leveraging as seen through a gaming platform. This is pretty much common knowledge. We learn the rules of the game and then we compete to win using every advantage. But how can this concept be applied to our Life at Large? And how does this intersect with our Moral Compass?
The Rules of the Game
Team sports by their very nature are built on an Us vs. Them mentality. At the end of the game, one team is the winner and one team is the loser. Even though good coaches may teach Good Sportsmanship, losing teams usually doesn't feel great about themselves even if they did their best. This is competition culture in general.
So when I decided I wanted to Win at Life, I wondered, does that mean someone has to lose? Because that made me feel bad. I didn't want to win at someone else's expense. Yet I could see people were "winning" by the evidence of their happy lives. So what didn't I understand? That was when I realized I didn't know the rules of the game.
On Spiritual Fitness and The Moral Compass
Fast forward to present day, I have acquired some tools and tips that I would love to share about leveraging the field of potential in life in alignment with a moral compass and the Laws of the Universe. This knowledge has served me in infinite ways to up level my life and be in service to others as a messenger of sorts.
I have learned there are Laws of Life that govern the Earth plane, and that when we play by the rules within a spectrum of acceptable guidelines, we Win at Life while leveraging our advantage. Furthermore, we can do this with harm to none, creating Win-Win scenarios instead of an alternative. This is Spiritual Fitness in action.
On Creating Ripples of Change through the Cosmos
The great news I realized is that this fitness and leverage program can be applied to every life area. Some of the principles may feel new initially, but that's pretty much true of every learning algorithm. The process and methods I am sharing came very naturally to me once I got the hang of them. Then I got excited, because I realized that what I was applying in my own life could be expanded to my world view and beyond. And that felt important, because I knew that what I did to help myself I did for the world. Go Team Win!
