Hello world,

I am starting a little adventure and I hope you will be following me with this. This is about wine and wine but also some little snacks or food you can eat while you drink the wine I am proposing to you. 

I will try to bring and write you about wine that is non well known or regions around the globe starting producing wine or they did but didn't go mainstream. This is the idea behind this series of posts. Also I will suggest some food to pair with the wine.

I wil make this possible with help of some friends and colleagues I met during the last decade and I learned from different aspects of life and, of course, wine.

I hope you will enjoy this post as I will do writing and contacting some folks to share our experiences and having ideas about what is going to be the next on this series. 

PD: this is and amateur thing I am not trying to get any title or whatsoever. The purpose is getting you out of this french spanish Italian ..... Well known types of wine and let's realize that there is more wine than this well known wine regions that sometimes is good to take a look and give a chance to see what they have to offer to us.
